Никакой перспективы, никаких возможностей, только брутальная реальность и культ силы во главе. Лидер банды — центральный персонаж аниме. Его зовут Сётаро. Одолев байкеров-конкурентов, подростки случайно попадают в центр проведения военной операции. Правительство зачем-то ловило другого ребёнка с синеватой кожей. Во время действий военных Тецуо — главный злодей фильма и друг Сётаро — получает травму головы и попадает в больницу. Так начинается сюжет.
