Часть пользователей рунета резко раскритиковали руководство паблика за лицемерную, по их мнению, толерантность — администраторы запретили публиковать комментарии с негативом и разжиганием вражды, но, по словам некоторых геймеров, начали банить и за «обычную» критику. Руководители официального сообщества игры «Клуб Романтики», представляющей собой сборник интерактивных романтических историй, во «ВКонтакте» изменили правила комментирования в паблике — администраторы ужесточили модерацию сообщений пользователей группы, запретив писать оскорбления в адрес сценаристов и персонажей визуальных новелл. В посте, опубликованном 14 января, владельцы сообщества объяснили , что отзывы, разжигающие вражду среди игроков, будут удаляться.
Будут удалены любые комментарии, несущие в себе негатив, вражду, скрытые оскорбления как участников сообщества, так и персонажей, сценаристов, компании в целом, разжигание конфликтов и создание причин для ссор и ненависти. Участникам, не раз уличённым в нарушениях, будут вынесены предупреждения, далее — длительная блокировка. Пожалуйста, уважайте друг друга, — призвали руководители группы.
