Все помнят виски со льдом, виски с колой, виски с содовой. Но раз напиток душевный как заявлено и стоит не так дешево, то лучше его пить чистяком. Далее конечно можно выпендриваться, ведь виски пьют из роксов, увесистых прямых бокалов с толстым дном олд-фэшн, тумблер, драм. Также бурбон это напиток не клубный, он любит дом и небольшую компанию в идеале одного собеседника.
Зачем мне эти знания я без понятия т. В итоге на дно стакана лёд и вперед. Закусить можно как дамочка в шляпе- клубникой.
Но лучше брутально затянуться сигарой. Я по идее не курю, но вискарёк периодически могу перекурить. Конечно было бы глупо оценивать вкус после того как положил в напиток лёд.
В чистом же виде, есть привкус сухофрукта, небольшая солоноватость с легким оттенком сладости. Есть ягодные нотки, но я бы их отнес к черносливу. Даже есть нотки торфа, но это скорей всего такой вкус от бочек и слияния древесины и спирта.
А тут так удачно всё сложилось с фестивалем этим крепко-алкогольным. Ну что можно сказать? Богатейшая ароматика, очень слоистый и интересный вкус. Чувствуется великолепный класс и высочайший уровень напитка. Это не какой-нибудь 3-летний попсовый купаж, к которому так привыкли у нас в России. Если по-настоящему любите и цените whiskey, обязательно возьмите Синглтон Вискокурня Даффтаун 12 попробовать.
Конечно, найдутся и интереснее образцы. Тот же 15-летний или даже старше. Но и этот чудо как хорош.

Вкус и аромат виски Синглтон Вискокурня Даффтаун 12 лет И вот в моем бокале оказался напиток золотистого, словно даже медового цвета. Здесь, впрочем, поучаствовал натуральный краситель Е150а, который добавляется в большое количество алкогольных напитков. Ароматика у односолодового шотландского виски Singleton of Dufftown 12 years в первую очередь свежей кураги, чернослива и просто свежих фруктов яблок и груши, пожалуй. Во вкусе опять же чернослив и фрукты, даже как будто орехи. А в послевкусии тоненькие шоколадно-кофейные и ореховые нотки проявились. Просто до невероятности приятно все эти нюансы улавливать.

Мне всегда жалко денег на алкоголь, поэтому пью в основном NAS релизы, перепробовал уже много за 5 лет и пару блендед молтов в придачу и вот ни один из них не был спиртуозным.
Если подвести некоторый итог, то можно сказать что виски сбалансированный - всё приятненько, но одинаково не солидно для 12ти лет. Что аромат, что вкус, что послевкусие. С другой стороны, ценник для 12ти лет ниже среднего, по сравнению с другими представителями этого возраста. На моей полке этот виски занял нишу "хлопнуть и закусить хорошо перчёным куском мяса". Разбирать аромат, смаковать и растягивать этот виски не особо хочется, поэтому по завершению бутылки Акентошан 12 уступит своё место либо своему собрату, но без выдержки - Акентошан Американ ОАК, либо ещё более простому McLelands, так как переплачивать за выдержку в данной нише нет смысла, а на более высокую ступень 12ти летка Акентошана не тянет. Я брал по акции за 2. А за 2,5к можно взять по акции Гленфидик 12, но о нём как нибудь в другой раз.
