Сумма будет распределена следующим образом. На пополнение запасов вооружения и боеприпасов самих США — 23 миллиарда долларов. На закупку передовых систем вооружения и военной техники для ВСУ — около 14 миллиардов.
На "текущие военные операции США в регионе" — 11 миллиардов долларов. Если быть точным, то для Украины одобрили закон на 60 миллиардов 820 миллионов долларов. Но нужно понимать, что в реальности Киев получит 23 миллиарда — на украинские войска, их содержание, обучение солдат, на поставки вооружений, на административные расходы. Остальные деньги останутся у американского Военно-промышленного комплекса ВПК. То есть 60,8 миллиардов долларов в пакете помощи для Киева — это условно "украинские деньги".
