В первый день конференции будет работать центр компетенций сетей, где будет открыт доступ к более чем двадцати оттестированным проектам по улучшению операционной деятельности компаний и организован обмен опытом ритейлеров, во второй день пройдет «стол закупок» и состоится неформальное общение сетей с производителями. Сеть вышла в новый для себя город Кустанай. Развиваем практику работы напрямую с производителями, удачные проекты этого года — прямые контракты с Colgate-Palmolive, GSK и другими гигантами. В этом году планируется пилотный запуск системы WMS на распределительном центре сети, после которого система будет тиражироваться на все склады компании.
Всего у сети на территории Казахстана работают три крупных РЦ и несколько складов. Продолжим развивать новый формат супермаркетов, и обновлять «старую гвардию» магазинов — делать ремонт, освежать формат, менять дизайн-концепцию, стиль, оснащение и оборудование.
