Еще 28 тысяч кубометров перевезут на стройплощадку новой котельной для выравнивания участка. Процесс продлится до осени этого года, - рассказал директор дирекции по строительству жилой и социальной инфраструктуры и вопросам градостроительства ИНК Игорь Драчев. На период строительства взамен проездов, проходящих через будущий микрорайон, к городским объектам организованы новые безопасные подъездные пути. Новый микрорайон в Усть-Куте строится одновременно с Иркутским заводом полимеров и должен стать комфортным местом жительства для трех тысяч человек - сотрудников предприятия и их семей.
