Grace Period One of the most common critiques of this mechanic comes from the way the meter immediately starts to fill before the Killer could possibly walk away. There will now be a 7 second grace period before the meter starts filling after hooking a Survivor. This will give the Killer an opportunity to walk away before the system kicks in, with a little wiggle room to kick a nearby generator or reload at a locker. The former led to some awkward scenarios where a dying Survivor with a Perk that allowed them to pick themselves up could force the Killer to stay nearby, while the latter both exacerbated that strategy as well as punishing the Killer for hooking multiple Survivors in the basement. Therefore, dying will slow the meter as though they were standing so long as they are in the area, and carried Survivors now pause the progress bar completely. Verticality When this feature was tested on the PTB, it treated both horizontal and vertical distances equally. However, this had a side effect of detecting Killers on different floors as camping even if the shortest path to the hooked Survivor was rather long. This was especially noticeable on indoor maps such as The Game. In a later update, the meter will be weighted more heavily toward horizontal distance than vertical. This will make the meter a little more forgiving if the Killer passes by on another floor.

Furtive Chase We initially increased the terror radius reduction for each token, though many still did not find this a very appealing choice. Furtive Chase will be receiving a rework when the update goes live. When the Obsession is rescued from the hook, the rescuer becomes the Obsession unchanged. With this new version, Furtive Chase rewards the Killer for switching targets and allows them to find a new Survivor to chase more quickly after hooking. Background Player This Perk is most often used for saving teammates, allowing you to get into position quickly in key moments. This way, Background Player will allow you to cover more distance quicker than before, potentially allowing you to get into position in time to make the save.

Clicking on an option allows players to preview the Character or Cosmetic. Selecting the Character or equipping the Cosmetic confirms their choice. Being able to preview allows players to preview pieces from different locked and unlocked Cosmetics, mix and matching options to be able to "try them out" before unlocking them. Players can now filter their Cosmetics with different options, and are able to show all options that are currently unavailable! This way players can check out how their Cosmetic choices are going to look during the Mori! Power and Perks were moved to the Power and Perks window. Common Unlocking is now done with a press and hold mechanic to allow for a confirmation process free of pop ups. The section for getting more Auric Cells can now be accessed through the Store, and it can also be accessed by clicking the Auric Cells counter on the top right corner of the screen. Kill switched options are going to be available for unlocking, yet we are making sure to communicate it with a pop up for players to confirm they still want to proceed. Search bars have been included in most sections to allow finding Characters, Collections, and Cosmetics easier. Added a celebration pop up to better communicate that players have unlocked content or earned a reward at the Store. The layout was updated to be easier to read and use, providing key information without the need to hover on any Perk option. During a match, when opening the Match Details window Escape on computers , players can see their equipped Perks. Hovering on Perks and Offerings allow players to see the tooltips and read their description. This update will have no effect on gameplay or in-game graphics and serves as a foundation for possible future improvements. NEW Victor will now glow red whenever he is vulnerable to being crushed and white when he is not. NEW Charlotte can now recall Victor at any point while he is unbound. NEW A new icon has been added to indicate the moment when Victor can be recalled.

При завершении всех этих испытаний будут разблокированы финальные заметки «Неизвестные Двери» в саге Мора. Книга V будет содержать в себе все записи лора и анимационные ролики из оригинального события «Священное Увядание», так как они ранее не были доступны в игре после окончания события, как это было реализовано в событии «Край Увядания», а именно благодаря Архивам. Теперь игроки в полной мере смогут погрузиться в историю Мора ранее известного как «Алхимик» и изучить его «погружение в безумие». Данный наряд будет доступен в платной части Разрыва Книги V. Survivors play in third-person and have the advantage of better situational awareness. The Killer plays in first-person and is more focused on their prey.
Your chance of survival will vary depending on whether you work together as a team or if you go at it alone. Will you be able to outwit the Killer and escape their Killing Ground? Random spawn points mean you will never feel safe as the world and its danger change every time you play.
